"State Farm website will not allow me to login and pay premium, so I reached out to the individual who sent the reminder for payment and the response I got was that my policy would be canceled. They never tried to assist, no acknowledgement that I am trying to contact them or trying to pay, just a generic statement that my policy would be canceled.

They are probably great if you have the ability to go to their office whenever there is an issue, but my situation necessitates being able to accomplish task online and outside their business hours."
